First Responder Readiness Series

The Anne Arundel Firefighters Emerald Society First Responder Readiness Series is a free virtual event built for first responders and their families. The evening will feature practical sessions led by trusted speakers covering topics that matter throughout a first responder’s career and beyond, including mental health, sleep and shift work, financial planning, retirement preparation, presumptive laws, hearing loss, and family safety.

This first event is designed to give attendees useful information they can take home, talk about with their families, and apply in real life. It is also the beginning of what we hope will become an ongoing series focused on supporting first responders not just on the job, but in every part of life.
